Mighty Avengers Disappointing 2nd Place
There are a lot of things we can blame for our disappointing 2nd place finish but participation is the key. We literally lost holding two nodes into the second day by a single win. Yes, just one more player on the 360 team or One team and we would have been in 1st place going into the second day. Instead we went into the second day holding zero nodes and a 100 point deficit. We managed to maintain second place with a fraction of the players from the first day. All in all it was a very frustrating and disappointing engagement. We could have come out with a great lead on the freshly reset leader boards but we just couldn't get the players on-line. There will be some rule adjustments so stay tuned!

I'm going to break from my normal tradition here. Here I would normally not take credit but in this event I'm going to. MA xDEFECTIVEx and myself held this one together for the most part. Without us at the helm we would have placed 3rd in this battle. I am exceptionally pleased with Killer Inst1ncz and Yankees6pax! These guys did a great job on the One and had some critical wins to help capture some nodes. I see great things in their future! Keep an eye on the forums for roster changes, promotions and rule changes.
