AW Update 3/31/15

This update, like the rest, claims to fix a lot but.  ARX does seem to have it's attachment issues resolved but I'm still seeing attachment issues on the majority of my assault rifles.  There seems to be some major issues with the DLC and license transfers from reading the forums. Seems like some good fixes but nothing that shouldn't have already been fixed! Read all about the update here.
