First off I want to say thank you to all our active players who have participated on this site and in game, you are the reason this clan is successful!  I truly appreciate all your efforts and I feel like we have a great group of people!

I take the leadership of the clan seriously, as do all my Lt Commanders, and it is our responsibility to ensure you can continue to enjoy your time with us and move forward as a tight nit group.  Sometimes we have to eliminate people from the group because they are not a good fit or because they are not here for the right reasons.  These cuts can be difficult at times but to be completely honest they are typically pretty easy to make because the members being cut make the decision for us with their actions.  Some of you may have seen the forum posts from Kelometer, he screwed up and then refused to own it.  Instead he tried to blame others for his lazy approach to our clan.  Wise advise – if you screw up, own it!  Tell us what happened, apologize to those affected and provide a plan to how it won't happen again.   We are reasonable people and realize life happens.  I promise you though that if you try to say it's my fault or my Lt Commanders fault that you don't know when a clan war is... you will get a boot in the ass we won't look back.

The amount of work that goes into running a successful clan is immense!  We don't mind doing it, as I stated previously we take it very serious.  As the saying goes though, “you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink”; with that said, we expect you to drink!!  This site if filled with content and most importantly is our primary means of communication, this is where you will see clan war announcements and important clan info!  All I ask is that you check it once in a while (DAILY or at least every other day), and participate in the site.  This is your clan just as much as it is mine, please take care of it and help to build and improve it!

Now that I have that rant out of my system, everyone needs to review the rules and ensure that you can comply with them.  If there is an issue, message me and we'll try to work through it.  If you think the rules are too much and don't like them, please see your way out quietly; no hard feelings but these rules are needed to keep us successful.  One issue with the rules may be the requirement to have a mic.  We've had members with broken mics (it happens) but if you don't have one and have no plans to get one, please see your way out (again, no hard feelings).  Clan raids has been added to the rules as well; bottom line here is if you opt into a clan raid, you need to participate from start to finish of that raid!

Roster cuts – Many have seen the posts on roster cuts and some of you may know members that have been cut and why.  There will be more cuts coming.  If you have not read the rules and/or don't understand things like “active” or “must”, well then this is not the place for you.  Again the horse thing applies again, I'm not going to force you to drink but rather just cut my losses and press on.  Below you will find a complete list of those currently on the roster and actions that need to be completed by each member to remain on that roster.
